✅ Standard Return Policy (Non-Printed Items)
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
🚫 Printed / Customized Products
- We do not accept returns for any products that have been printed or customized by us.
- If there is a print error or issue, it must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
- Upon review, we may offer a replacement or refund if the print issue is confirmed.
- By confirming an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy regarding printed items.
🔁 Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for size or color (on non-printed items), subject to availability.
- Return shipping for exchanges is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is incorrect or defective.
💳 Refunds
